I'm Not Religious Or Anything.
But I Do Think People Should Be Happy With what They've Got To Be Honest.
It's Also Really Bad For Your Health, Look At micheal Jackson-Apparently He's Now Got a Flesh Eating Virus(I Tell No Lies).
What If Something Goes Wrong In The Surgery-Not Such A Dream Face After all.

millan

Who decides what is ugly? Who decides what is the perfect face, body, etc...?
In women, a great deal of plastic surgery is about enhancement, making better, bigger..but based on ideas of female beauty that many of us do not live up to and never would. There is an element of self loathing involved in wanting to change oneself so radically.
Then there is the obsession with stopping time...eradicating natural processes like age lines, wrinkles. Major surgery to do what to pander to an idea that falsely young looks good?
So, yes I object to it...being different, quirky, and beauty always being in the eye of the beholder is so much more satisfying, and women look great without being blown up with silicone, poisons, having their skin cut stretched and sewn back together, and fat ****** out in a huge jar!

peralta

Beauty comes in many forms. A persons worth doesn't lie in how they look but in their character and how they treat other people. I'm not against cosmetic surgery if it corrects an injury or a birth defect. I'm glad there are doctors who can do this, they help people who really need it. There is such a thing as going overboard and that's what I'm talking about.

ellen

I have ****** implants and a lot of the grief I get over it is based on peoples ignorance that my body image and my self image are the same thing, which they are not. What I mean is that people try to tell me that I must **** my self for doing something like that. I simply wanted to enhance my body, and other people cannot seem to accept the fact that it didn't mean more than that. They want to punish me for wanting to look good, even though they are the ones being hateful.

varughese

I think it's because it's not considered natural, and stems from a more religious point of view in that God made everyone the way they are.

Perhaps some people feel that those who opt for cosmetic surgery have no right to change the way they look.

Purely my assumption, I've got no issue with it.
