One of the computer imaging softwares that plastic surgeons use is called AlterImage.  It is quite expensive and not practical for patients to buy.  It is better to just consult with a plastic surgeon and have him use his software. Or, if you really want to do it yourself, you can really actually use Photoshop.  It does work in a similar way. Just makes it simpler for the plastic surgeons to learn.</description>
