You could talk about the problem with wanting to look your best versus being happy with who you are. On an episode of Extreme Makeover a teacher got made over and several community members thought this sent a negative message to her students about vanity. Conversely, the teacher believed she was sending a message of self happiness by doing everything in her power to be happy and healthy. I would say first you have to figure out the common reasons for getting cosmetic surgery and then see if they “fix” the problem. I think that’s interesting…
