I was dying laughing with the whole thing, lol, ur really funny im not joking! Now if you want a toe procedure, you might want to ask a cosmetic foot surgeon/podiatric surgeon in the US. I can think of a few that special in cosmetic foot surgery, they would be able to give you advice, go on a search engine.
Ha ha. Funny stuff. In all fairness, and I’m saying this with my knowledge as a medical student, there’s nothing physically preventing your proposed toe surgery but since it’s not usual, I’m not surprised that you aren’t able to have it done. But you could try America, home of anything goes.
