I have since experienced extreme ageism in the workplace and underestimated how bad I would feel losing my looks. I have no doubt my surgery has extended my working life by about 15 years and I feel great too. I can't personally see anything wrong with it - everyone has the right to decide for themselves. Find a way to abolish ageism and I'll have a re-think....in the meantime???? I think she looks great! dafr
