You can have the nose refined if it really bothers you and cheek implants if you want higher more chiselled cheekbones, but I don’t recommend buccal fat removal as you will probably lose fat as you get older.

But you are a very pretty girl. There is nothing noticeably wrong with any of your features.

If you feel like you need that stuff to be satisfied with your looks then no one is going to talk you out of it but I will be the first to tell you that you will regret that much. First of all, you are beautiful but you wont realize that until you are ready. Some people are drastically changed for the better by plastic surgery and if it is going to change your life then you could maybe get something but goodness all that stuff above? Honestly sweetie you are absolutely beautiful. And a face lift? Not happening they wouldn’t do it on you and I would definitely not get cheek bone implants you have great cheek bones. If I could give you advice I would say choose one and think about one and if you still want it in a year do it if you feel strongly.
